§ 70-7. Preparation for collection required.

The city solid waste department will not make collection of kitchen garbage, trash or rubbish or tree limbs where such material is not prepared for collection and placed as designated by the terms of this chapter; and failure to comply with this provision will be an offense; and each day's failure to comply will constitute a separate offense.
