§ 70-9. Disposal at garbage dump required.

The disposal of kitchen garbage, trash or rubbish, and that which is designated under sections 70-4, 70-5 and 70-6 or any kind of rubbish, in any place within the city limits except at the city garbage dump is prohibited.
